What is available to buy online?

Unfortunately not all departments are trading online as yet. The departments currently available to buy from online are Cookshop, Bed and Bath Linen, Denby/Fine china, Curtains, Luggage & Schoolwear.

Can I buy products across multiple sites within one transaction?

No you must place separate orders from each website.

How do I sign up for marketing emails?

You can sign up for marketing email via the Anthony Ryans website.



How do I buy an Anthony Ryans gift cards?

Anthony Ryans gift cards can be bought in any our stores and can also be bought online at

Can I use Anthony Ryans Gift Cards Online?

No at this present time gift cards can only be redeemed instore.

How long will Anthony Ryans Gift cards remain valid for?

Anthony Ryans gift cards balance never expire. There are no hidden charges either.

Do you accept One For All Gift Cards?

Yes we accept ‘One For All’ gift cards all stores, however, we do not accept them online.



How do I apply for a loyalty card?

Simply pop into any Anthony Ryans store and fill in an application form. Please make sure to fill in your details as clearly as possible.  Ensure you give us an clear and active email address or a mobile number so we can inform you about exclusive loyalty card offers and silent events. Unfortunately it is unfeasible to do notifications via the postal system. 

Loyalty Points! What are they worth and how do I redeem them?

For every €1 spent we allocate 3c. There are also events throughout the year where we double and triple your points but you must be have ‘opted’ in to receive notifications. Please remember to present your card when making purchases. You can let your points accrue to pay for pay for a whole transaction otherwise you can part redeem the value on your loyalty card against any transaction and pay the difference. No need to worry your points will never expire. 

How do I add the Loyalty points to my card for online purchases?

If you are placing an order online simply list your loyalty card number (located on the rear of the loyalty card) in the customer comments field of the online transaction and we will do the rest.

Can I add loyalty points from past purchases?

Yes you can, you need your save your receipt for the transaction. Next time you are instore present the receipt and your loyalty card and we will add them on.

I have lost my loyalty card, what do I do?

This is why it is very important to have your card details registered.  If you lose your card just call us on 091 567061 and we can reinstate your card with your current balance.  If your details are not registered and you do not know your loyalty card number we will be unable to replace your card.



Why must I register to buy online?

Creating an account means you will be able to enjoy many benefits which include saving your personal address and shipping details so your return shop will be quicker and more enjoyable. We do not save your billing details therefore on your return visit you will be asked to re-enter your payment details each time. In addition your purchase history is available to view. 

Will I get marketing emails?

When you register for an account you will automatically be registered to receive one marketing email. In all our communications you will be given the option to opt out or unsubscribe.

 Will you keep my information safe?

We take your privacy very seriously and treat all your personal information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to a third party. We do not save any payment details.

Lost password?

Please follow the steps online to reset your password. Otherwise you can call is on 091 539633 and we can reset your password over the phone.

Updating my details?

It’s simple, just login to your account and edit your billing and shipping details.


What payment methods are used online?

We accept the following credit and debit cards online: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Laser and PayPal. We do not accept one for all gift cards online at this time.

What happens if an item on my order is not available?

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill items in your order, we will contact you and discuss options.  We will ensure all other items are sent to you and the total cost of your order is adjusted.

What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordering process?

If your order has not been dispatched we can make changes to billing and shipping details. Please contact our Customer Services Team by telephone on +353 (091)539633 Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or email  However, if your order has been dispatched we will be unable to make amendments.

Can I change my address once my order has been dispatched?

No, this is not possible.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact our online Customer Services team via email to and list your order number and detail the issue

How can I buy in sterling?

In order to pay in anther currency you must choose the Paypal option and go through the checkout process.



Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. We have a predetermined range of countries we currently ship to overseas with predetermined shipping charges. Please contact us if your country in not on this list and we will do our best to accommodate you where possible.


Delivery methods & charges?

We use a combination of Fastway Couriers and An Post Express Post services. Depending on your order we will determine the best and safest way to get your order delivered. You will be notified via a track and trace email when your order is dispatched. There is free shipping on orders over €50 or more inside Ireland 32 counties. Otherwise there is a €5 shipping fee incurred.


How do I return an item bought online?

Making a return or exchange is simple. You have 14 days upon receipt of your purchases to decide whether to keep your items. Purchases can be returned to us by post (free of charge using a special label). Please contact us to arrange a return via

What is your returns policy on full price and sale items bought online?

We accept returns on full price and sale items bought online within the 14 day time-frame. Please note sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged.

Will my postage costs be refunded?

We offer a free returns service for only for online purchases via a special An Post paid label. Please contact us if you require one. Please note if the €5 shipping fee is incurred when sending out the original order we will be unable to refund it.
